Specialist Consultancy Services
The Specialist Consultancy services are considered as medium to long term projects. The preferred method of delivery is an annual contract. Each contract is to be defined from a liaison visits to site, to more exactly define the customer requirements and to assess and agree with the customer any additions or modifications to plant inventory. Particular attention is paid to the rheometer and gas analysis equipment, as well as product sampling equipment and DCS capability. High quality automated analysers, which are maintained in a state of full-time calibrations, to accepted standards, are crucial to the new control schemes. Deliverables include risk analysis, documentation, reportage, efficiency targets and operating procedures, all to be defined in the contract. Each customer will be supplied with a full sign-off document for any written procedures.
To date MCS personnel have been responsible for supplying a large number of Quality Control schemes as well as complete batch Reaction Control schemes.
